Welcome to the A to Z Blogging Challenge where I will post on a word
featuring a different letter of the alphabet each day of the month of April.
My theme for this challenge is Female TV Characters.
Cat Woman- "Batman"
THE STORY: Batman and Robin are crime fighters in Gotham City. They take on such dastardly masterminds as The Joker, The Penguin, The Riddler -- and of course, Cat Woman.
UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL: The one thing Cat Woman has the others don't is her sex appeal. She uses her wiles to seduce Batman but being the honorable superhero he is, he does not succumb to her powers. Of course, this brings out her claws and her true motives are exposed.
Any "cat" people out there?

I'm not a big Cat Woman fan, but I agree, for a villian, she's an attractive one.
ReplyDeleteSherry: I think Batman has met his match.
ReplyDeleteHello Luana,
ReplyDeleteWhat a great post! I think this is my new favorite blog! I will definitely be back to see what you dream up for the other letters, and to read more of your lovely writing. I am following now.
And Cat Woman was always one of my favorites. I am sorta hoping you do Jeannie for J or Samantha (Bewitched) for S. :)
I am doing the A to Z Challenge as well. Take a peek at my blog too if you get a chance! I write humor, and everyone says I am the funniest person on the planet (well, maybe it is just the voices in my head saying that—that’s the doctor’s latest explanation—but I will take what I can get).
Best,

ReplyDeleteLaura: Thanks for stopping by. I will see you at your blog!
ReplyDeleteI have always loved Catwoman in the comics and in the movies - except for the last one. I like strong females to counter-balance the hero. Roland
ReplyDeleteRoland: Women superheroes (or super villains as the case may be) are few and far between. That's one reason I focused my theme on females.
ReplyDeletegreat idea for a theme! i look forward to reading about your picks for female tv characters.
ReplyDeleteFascinating idea for a theme, I'm definitely coming back to find out more of your women superheroes!

This is such a fun A to Z theme, Luana. Well done. I like Cat Woman too. Wonder Woman is my real idol, though, although I don't know if she ever made it to television. :D

ReplyDeleteDebra: Cat woman is the lady of the day and I couldn't be prouder!
ReplyDeletePatricia: Yes..Wonder Woman had her own show back in the 80s I think.
ReplyDeleteHi there, nice theme you got going on here for the challenge. I remember Cat Woman and I also remember admiring her.
ReplyDelete-Debbie
Debbie: thanks for stopping by. I loved your Coco Chanel post on your blog! Marvelous!
ReplyDeleteI had to look up the actresses name because I used to watch her on the old Batman series. Julie Newmar! She was gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteBelle: Yes Julie Newmar was the Cat Woman ever. In the movies Michelle Pfeifer and Halle Berry played the part. None as good as Julie.
ReplyDeleteOh, you're really working me over with these wonderful ladies, Luana! I have had the biggest crush on Julie Newmar's Catwoman since the beginning of time! Meow indeed!
ReplyDeleteCraig: I had a feeling you were a Cat Woman fan. Julie Newmar is amazing!
