Elaine Benes - "Seinfeld"
THE STORY: In the Seinfeld universe, Elaine is just "one of the guys." On the surface she appears to be the "normal" one, but closer scrutiny reveals that she's as crazy as the rest. Except for Jerry who is "Even Steven."
UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL: Elaine is a bit neurotic and has anger issues. She holds grudges and seeks revenge. As a single lady in New York, she has had her share of "interesting" boyfriends, including Crazy Joe Davola (the psycho), Aaron (the close talker), David Puddy (Jerry's car mechanic) and Keith Hernandez.
What are your thoughts on "The English Patient"?

DL: I didn't even start watching it until my daughter-in-law sent me the complete season five dvd set. I started watching it then I was hooked. I'm a HUGE fan.

ReplyDeleteWould you believe I never watched Seinfeld? I was one of those nerds who watched the Science channel instead.

Sherry: Nothing wrong with the science channel. I didn't start watching Seinfeld until season 8.
ReplyDeleteHi, Sylvia: Seinfeld isn't everyone's cup of tea. I never really liked Friends but a lot of people thought it was great.

ReplyDeleteI always liked Elaine - she stuck with the guys, was cute but not too cute - and her interactions with the marvelous Patrick Warburton were some of my fave TV moments ever!
