Sunday Sermon: God's Gifts

Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be glory and power for ever and ever.

I Peter 4:10-11

Amen to that! I went through some "gifts of the Spirit" thing and I think I have the gift of "helps" so I try to help people. I guess serving would include that.
I'm not sure if everyone likes my kind of help, but I'll give it! :)

Belle: Helps is a wonderful gift of the Holy Spirit. I often seems to go along with Mercy. I have the gift of Teaching. I think the verse also talks about the natural talents that God has given each of us such as sewing, building, cooking, writing, public speaking, engineering/science, business, music, math, art, etc. These gifts should be used to bring Glory to God as well.
